Company Mission Statement

My aim is to make this fitness experience all about you. I have one very simple promise: to do all I can for you, all of the time. Personal training should be exactly that, it should be training based around your individual needs and goals. That is why all of my programme designs and training sessions are always unique depending on our agreed direction. Together I believe that we can achieve your goals.

Goal Based Training

Quite simply - goal based training works.  You plot your start point, your desired end point, choose a route to get there and agree how long we are giving you to achieve it.  Once this is done all we have to do is make the journey.  Depending on your specific requirements this could take place over 6 months or it could take as little as 2 weeks.  All of our agreed goals will be SMART.  I have used this method over my 9 years of training and have had great success.

Periodization

One thing all of my session plans have in common is that they are all based around periodizing your training plans. This is another way to guarantee results without getting bored. These can be small periods of 2 weeks or they can be as long as 16 weeks, again depending on the required outcome.
