CrossFit Evolving - Holloway Road Membership packages are available at CrossFit Evolving allowing you to attend the gym without a personal trainer. CrossFit Evolving can be found next door to Holloway Road Tube Station. The gym is owned by Scott and is based around the CrossFit philosophy of 'Constantly Varied Functional Movements performed at a High Intensity'. By combining free weight & body weight movements with intense bursts of cardiovascular exercise you will achieve great fitness in a very short space of time.
